All'arrivo la camera assegnata aveva un cattivo odore pertanto lo abbiamo segnalato subito e ci hanno immediatamente dato una nuova stanza scusandosi cento volte per l'accaduto. L'hotel è collegato alla Queens university ed è sede di congressi, dotato di camere pulite e spaziose nonchè di parcheggio gratuito. Lo staff è stato cordiale e disponibile.Nelle immediate vicinanze non c'è nulla ma spostandosi con l'auto a 5 minuti ci sono ristoranti e locali vari. ”

Staff were ok but instructions to leave key in room because of our very early departure at 4am created a problem for the manager as she called me in Florida complaining that I had not checked out properly.,even as I had pre-paid my stay and they had my crdit card on file.”
